Hoo? Hoo?

My nephew is visually impaired and sometimes the light makes his eyes hurt - especially now in the winter time with all the sun reflecting off the snow. When I saw this pattern by Roman Sock I thought it might be exactly what my nephew needs and at the same time something fun that a seven year old would enjoy. I think it was a hit and will hopefully be useful too. We're expecting him to lose that front tooth any day now ;)

I lined mine with soft brown felt and chose lingerie elastic since it's a lot gentler than regular elastic. Thanks for another great pattern Brigitte! (She designed the little owl amigurumi a few posts back too). Her latest penguin and polar bears are killing me with cuteness, go see!

That's really funny. I love it!
