Crayons & Hot Rocks

I love this idea! Easy to do but use caution with your youngest since these rocks are hot enough to melt wax. Check out the how-to at Wise Craft!

To anyone who is thinking of trying these: they last a long time! My kids made some three summers ago, and they still look great in the garden!

What a fantastic idea - inventive. I think we'll be visiting here often. Your daughter's button is perfect, and I like the font you used for the banner.

This is great. Thanks for compiling all this information in one place.
I'm about to jump into stay-at-home-momdom and am nervous about finding good activities to do with my preschoolers. You can be sure I'll be referencing your site regularly! :)

such a great idea Cassi! thanks for putting it all together in one place.
i love your Christmas series of books and activities and refer to those projects quite often. don't know if you're familiar with Sarah's story time and project posts, but she has some good ideas there too.
