I love these -- I had planned to make luminaries and an ice wreath this year for my mom, but all we have is rain! :(

I love these! My family used to live in North Dakota, and in our neighborhood there everyone on the street made these. It's so cold there during the winter, they last all winter! So much prettier than normal luminaries...but now I live somewhere that's just not cold enough for it. Sigh.
